Yes. Battery packs support full-wrap vinyl graphics with your brand, logo, and required regulatory markings (voltage, capacity, UN 38.3 symbol, CE mark, and disposal instructions). The PVC heat-shrink sleeve is printed before cell assembly and applied during the pack-wrapping stage of production. Charger housings can be injection-moulded in your brand colour or labelled with a weather-resistant custom decal. Minimum order for branded batteries and chargers is 100 pieces per SKU. Lead time including artwork proof approval is 15 to 20 days from deposit. We maintain your brand's packaging artwork files for exact-match repeat orders with no new sampling or setup charge.

All battery packs ship with UN 38.3 test reports covering the full T1 through T8 test sequence: altitude simulation, thermal cycling, vibration, shock, external short circuit, impact and crush, overcharge, and forced discharge. For air freight, lithium batteries must ship at 30% state of charge or below per IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations Section II of Packing Instruction 965 (UN 3480, lithium-ion batteries). Due to dangerous goods surcharges that can triple air freight costs for battery shipments, we strongly recommend sea freight for bulk battery orders and use air courier (DHL/UPS DG service) only for sample quantities and urgent spare parts. Our shipping team prepares the dangerous goods declaration and provides it to your freight forwarder at no extra charge.

We offer custom Kv ratings (motor speed constant, measured in rpm per volt) ranging from 6 to 14 rpm/V to tune the balance between low-speed torque for hill climbing and top speed for flat-road cruising. Standard production windings are optimised for three common speed classes: 25 km/h for EU pedelec markets (approximately 8-9 rpm/V on a 26-inch wheel at 36V), 32 km/h for US Class 2 throttle-assist (approximately 10-11 rpm/V), and 45 km/h for US Class 3 speed pedelecs (approximately 12-14 rpm/V). Custom winding for a specific speed-voltage-torque target requires a 200-unit minimum order and adds approximately 7 to 10 days to the standard lead time for winding setup, dynamometer validation, and sample approval.
