Packaging & Shipping
- Individual UN-certified cardboard box with anti-static bubble wrap and silica gel, 12 packs per master carton
- 20GP container: ~8,000–12,000 packs depending on form factor
- Dangerous Goods Class 9 sea freight declaration included at no charge
- DG surcharge approximately $150–250 per shipment, not per unit
Payment Terms
- T/T 30/70 (30% deposit, 70% before shipment)
- L/C at sight available for orders over $50,000
- Alibaba Trade Assurance accepted for first order
- Multi-currency: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD
Sample Policy
- 3–5 sample packs available at 1.2x unit price + DHL/FedEx DG surcharge ~$120–180
- Sample lead time: 7–10 business days
- Custom case tooling sample requires $500 mold fee, credited on first 1,000-unit order
- Pre-production sample with your branding included for orders over 500 units
Warranty & Support
- 12 months or 800 charge cycles (NMC) / 2,000 cycles (LFP), whichever comes first
- BMS failure within warranty: replacement pack shipped within 3 business days
- Capacity below 70% within warranty period qualifies for pro-rata credit
- Technical documentation: full cell datasheets, BMS protocol specs, and mechanical drawings provided with order
