Founded in 2012 in Shenzhen's Bao'an district, EBIKE began as a lithium battery pack workshop serving the Pearl River Delta e-mobility supply chain. Within two years we integrated frame fabrication and final assembly, becoming a full-spectrum electric two-wheeler manufacturer. Today we operate a 6,000 m² facility with 100+ employees — half on the production floor, half in engineering, quality, and export operations.
Unlike most Shenzhen suppliers who are either a factory without export rights or a trading company without manufacturing control, EBIKE holds both an ISO 9001:2015 certified production license and a registered export trading license. This dual identity means you negotiate with the factory directly and ship under our export documentation — no middlemen, no markup layers, no information gaps between sales promises and production reality.

Frame welding, battery pack assembly, motor lacing, and final vehicle assembly all happen under one 6,000 m² roof. We do not outsource critical subsystems — your 48V 20Ah battery is built on our own spot-welding line, with cell-level IR and voltage sorting before any pack is assembled. This eliminates the finger-pointing between sub-suppliers that delays warranty claims and quality investigations.
Dual Identity: Factory + Exporter
EBIKE holds both an ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing certificate and a PRC export trading license registered with Shenzhen Customs. We issue our own commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin directly — no third-party trading company between you and the production floor. FOB Shenzhen and CIF terms quoted at factory-direct pricing with transparent freight breakdowns.
R&D Depth: 30 Engineers
Our engineering team of 30 includes mechanical, electrical, and industrial design specialists. We release 15 new models per year across e-bike and e-scooter categories. Each new platform goes through DFM review, 3D-printed prototype validation within 30 days, and 2,000 km durability testing before customer sampling. We hold 12 utility model patents on frame geometry and battery mounting systems.

Founded in Bao'an
EBIKE began as a lithium battery pack workshop in Shenzhen's Bao'an district, supplying 36V and 48V packs to Pearl River Delta e-bike assemblers. Three co-founders: a battery engineer, a mechanical designer, and an export trader.
First Assembly Line
Integrated frame fabrication and final assembly into a single 2,000 m² facility, ending dependence on third-party assemblers. Launched the first EBIKE-branded city e-bike platform with EN 15194 certification and shipped the first container to a Dutch distributor.
Overseas Warehouse & Export License
Obtained PRC export trading license registered with Shenzhen Customs, enabling direct export without third-party trading companies. Established a 1,200 m² consolidation warehouse adjacent to Yantian port for pre-shipment staging and container loading under CCTV.
UL 2849 Certification
Achieved UL 2849 and UL 2271 certification for the North American market, becoming one of fewer than 40 Shenzhen factories with in-house UL-certified e-bike production at that time. Expanded the engineering team from 12 to 30, adding dedicated homologation and compliance engineers for EU, US, and ASEAN markets.
Battery Passport Ready
Upgraded the battery traceability system to EU Battery Passport readiness ahead of the 2027 regulatory deadline. All lithium packs now ship with QR-coded digital passports linking cell batch data, BMS firmware version, carbon footprint declaration, and recycled content percentage — compliant with the new EU Battery Regulation (EU 2023/1542).
