We manufacture electric bicycles (city, fat-tire, folding, cargo, mountain), electric scooters (city, foldable, off-road, performance dual-motor), electric mopeds and motorcycles , e-motorcycle, e-dirt bike), electric tricycles (passenger and cargo), and related accessories (lithium battery packs, chargers, hub motors, controllers, helmets). All products are built in our Shenzhen factory with EN 15194 and UL 2849 compliance.

Sample orders (1-5 units) ship within 7-15 days from existing inventory or quick customization. Standard OEM production runs take 25-35 days after proforma invoice confirmation and deposit receipt. Large-volume orders (500+ units) may extend to 35-45 days. The exact timeline depends on model complexity, customization depth, and current production queue. We provide a detailed Gantt chart with your proforma invoice.

Our standard MOQ is 50 units per model for OEM orders with custom branding. For off-the-shelf models (no branding changes), we accept orders from 10 units. ODM projects requiring new frame tooling typically start at 200 units. Sample units (1-5 pcs) are available at sample pricing for evaluation. Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment (against B/L copy for sea freight). For established repeat clients, we offer 30% deposit + 70% against documents. We also accept L/C at sight from major banks and Western Union for sample orders. All prices are quoted FOB Shenzhen by default; CIF and DDP terms available on request.

We manage the full export logistics chain. For sea freight, we book FCL (full container load) or LCL (less than container load) with major carriers — 42 units fit in a 20GP container for typical e-bikes. For urgent orders, air freight delivers in 5-8 days. We also offer express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx) for samples and small orders (3-5 days). All products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We provide: (1) a spare parts catalog with exploded-view diagrams; (2) recommended spare parts list (2% of order value — brake pads, throttles, controllers, chargers); (3) technical documentation and repair manuals in English; (4) WhatsApp/email technical support with 24-hour response; (5) video call troubleshooting for complex issues. Warranty claims are processed within 48 hours with photo/video evidence.

Yes, OEM branding is our core service. Options include: custom color painting (Pantone/RAL matching), frame decals and badging with your logo, branded seat and handlebar grips, custom display boot screen with your brand name, branded packaging (carton printing, user manual in your language), and certificate filing under your company name. There are no setup fees for basic decal and color changes. Mold-based changes (custom plastic shrouds, unique frame geometry) require tooling investment — typically $3,000-$15,000 depending on complexity. See our Design Guides page for full details.

We ship samples within 7-15 days for existing models. The sample fee equals the unit ex-works price plus express shipping (DHL/UPS typically $180-$350 for a single e-bike to Europe or North America). The sample fee is credited against your first production order of 50+ units. For ODM projects, we build a 3D-printed appearance prototype (10-15 days) followed by a functional engineering sample (25-30 days). Our products carry EN 15194 (EU e-bike standard), EN 50604 (battery safety), UL 2849 (North America e-bike electrical system), UL 2271 (battery pack safety), UN 38.3 (lithium battery transport), and eMark ECE R136 (EU L-category vehicles) — depending on the product category. Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. All certifications are available for review; we can also support homologation to your target market's specific requirements. Key specs vary by product line. E-bikes: 250W-1000W hub or mid-drive motors, 36V/48V 10Ah-20Ah lithium batteries (Samsung/LG/Panasonic cells), 25-45 km/h top speed (region-configurable), 40-100 km range, hydraulic or mechanical disc brakes, Shimano 7-speed or single-speed. E-scooters: 350W-2000W dual-motor, 48V/60V 13Ah-26Ah, 25-65 km/h, 30-80 km range. All specs are configurable per your market requirements. Full spec sheets are provided with quotations.

Each vehicle is 85% assembled, protected with 30 mm PE foam cushioning, wrapped in a moisture-barrier aluminum-laminate bag with desiccant, then packed in a 7-layer corrugated master carton (burst strength ≥1,200 kPa). Cartons are stacked on steel-reinforced export pallets (1,100×1,100 mm), shrink-wrapped, and strapped. Typical packaging dimensions: e-bike carton 1,420×240×740 mm, 38 kg gross; e-scooter carton 1,180×220×540 mm, 22 kg gross. Packaging passes ISTA 1A drop testing.

Warranty claims are handled case-by-case with a clear process: (1) Customer submits claim with photos/videos showing the issue; (2) Our QC team reviews within 48 hours and determines root cause (manufacturing defect vs. misuse); (3) For confirmed defects, we offer replacement parts shipped free of charge with your next order, or repair guidance via video call; (4) For systemic issues affecting multiple units, we dispatch a technician to your location. Returns of entire vehicles are accepted only for confirmed major manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery.
