The folding mechanism uses a forged magnesium alloy hinge with a hardened steel locking pin, rated for over 5,000 fold/unfold cycles in our internal durability testing — equivalent to roughly 4 years of twice-daily folding. The folded form factor significantly reduces shipping volume. A 20GP container accommodates approximately 126 assembled units or 170 SKD units. A 40HQ fits up to 300 assembled or 400 SKD units — roughly 50% more than a standard non-folding e-bike in the same container.
- Payment Terms — Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit with order, 70% against scanned B/L copy before shipment. For orders exceeding $40,000, we accept irrevocable L/C at sight. Sample orders are payable 100% in advance via T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance.
- Sample Policy — A single folding e-bike sample is available at 1.2x the FOB unit price plus air freight (approximately $160–240 to Europe or North America via DHL/FedEx, 5–7 business days).
